One Field One Goal Diagram

The diagram of the One Field, One Goal approach summarizes the main parts of this training. It is inspired by the partterns and practices of Jesus and His Apostles as found in the New Testament.

This approach is working in many places around the world. It is designed to be easy to apply and for you to train others through.

Go to page 2 of the FREE Training PDF and watch the video below. If the video doesn’t work please click here.

Activities

This training assumes participants will engage and apply. We learn by applying, not simply by watching videos and reading. To be a disciple of Jesus and make other discples of Jesus, we need to actively practice what Jesus models. With this principle in mind:

  • Draw the One Field One Goal diagram on paper. Drawing by hand will help you remember. Draw exactly what you see, don’t add or change anything. This is not an activity in drawing beautiful diagrams. It is about copying what you see, and seeing the approach in your mind.
  • Draw it from memory and share it with someone else. Aim to draw and explain it in 5 minutes or less. Do this to as many people as possible. Ask them to draw and explain the approach back to you.
  • Ask them to draw and explain the approach to others they know. In the next day or two, follow them up by asking if they’ve managed to explain the approach to others.

We hope you can do the activity with lots of people. Stay tuned for the next email in this Free Introductory Training.
