  • It is the Holy Spirit that convicts of sin, righteousness and judgement and gives new life. John 16:7-11
  • Let the person pray in his own words e.g. taxcollector “Lord have mercy on me a sinner”
  • Let nee believer memorize a Scripture verse with their own name in it e.g. John 3:16 “For God so loved ……. that He gave His only begotten Son so that ……. believe in Him may have eternal life”
  • Give them verse of promise of God towards them e.g. Hebrews 13:5
