What does it mean to be an HMT trainer?
It’s about training many (existing believers) to find the fruitful few who will reach many (the lost), triggering disciple making that multiplies. Being a trainer requires patience, abounding love, ability to model confidently to others, and the capacity to gather people.

A few things that an HMT trainer is NOT
NOT a teacher, not a preacher (although that might be helpful experience). NOT an “I know it all, come listen to me” person. NOT someone who thinks that there are short cuts to multiplying disciples using HMT training materials.

Who and Where
HMT trainers are constant learners who delight in having Jesus as Lord, people who are already active in the harvest, people who can show how things can be done, not just teach or tell. Is this YOU?

Trainers can be from any language, culture or age group.
HMT Trainers start out in the Trainers Track. If all is good they join the HMT Trainers Fellowship – a global learning community who are trained, mentored and affirmed (approved) to run HMTs anywhere, and can use the name Multipliers.

HMT trainers align with biblical Vision and Purpose
Vision - To catalyze Disciple Making Movements.
Purpose - Train disciples to be disciple-makers, everywhere, prioritizing people groups without the Gospel.

NOTE: Most people in the Multipliers Trainers Fellowship also have another ministry
identity unique to their location. They might be an existing person in mission service, a church planter or even in business etc, it really does not matter. Full time or part time.
